Dr. Chalfoun Receives Presidential Early Career AwardDr. Anna Chalfoun was recently awarded a Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE)–the U.S. Government’s highest honor for early-career science and engineering professionals.

The award cites her “brilliant contributions toward an understanding of habitat, the most critical element of species, landscape and ecosystem management; and for her tireless efforts to train students while imparting her enthusiasm for conservation-based science.”
